We have had a few exciting events in the last week, but I wanted to get back to Steve Job's, 10 Rules For Success. We have already looked at:
#1: Don't Live A Limited Life
#2: Have Passion
#3: Design For Yourself
The fourth rule is a little more colorful, Don't Sell Crap. It is a little more colorful wording than I typically use on the internet, but it is still wise and remains true. What does that mean for Grace Without Margins?
First of all, God always has the best ministry and business plans so I am always learning and listening for them. Secondly, Bill and I are always looking for ways to make information and training more readily available which is why we have been working towards online training. It is the trend now and is certainly more accessible. Of course we are always excited to spend the day with a large group of people interested in disability ministry, as well as sharing a cup of coffee with a friend or two.
As we move forward in offering more resources and services, I will certainly keep #4 in mind. Being a longtime supporter of Mac products, I am grateful for the quality products and tools Steve Jobs has been a part of creating and developing. We have a Mac laptop, several i-pads and two i-phones. They may be a greater investment, but the return has been fabulous!
